Aloo Ke Ghutke Recipe




Serves 3, Time Taken 35 minutes


Ingredients

5 boiled peeled Potatoes
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
4 dry Red Chilli
½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
3 tablespoon Refined Oil
1 bunch Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Salt as per taste

How to make Aloo Ke Ghutke

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and then slice them into fine even pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the red chilies. Keep aside the fried chilies for garnishing.

Step 2

Now heat oil in the pan and add cumin seed (jeera) till it starts crackling. Add sliced potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix them well and cook them properly.

Once ready transfer it in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and fried red chilies.
