Tender Leaves (Stinging Nettle)
1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds (Sarso Seeds)
1 inch
Ginger (Adarak)
1 teaspoon
Methi (Fenugreek Seeds)
1 Red Chili
Refined Oil
Salt as per
taste

How to make
Sisunaak Saag
Step 1
Remove the stinging
hairs by placing the leaves in flame for few seconds. Boil the sisunaak leaves
till it becomes soft and pulpy. Set aside the boiled leaves.
Step 2
Heat oil in
the pan and then saute mustard seeds, chopped ginger, red chili and methi seeds.
Add boiled leaves and salt and cook it properly.
Once ready
garnish it with butter and serve.
