Bal Mithai Recipe





Serves 6, Time Taken 35 minutes

Ingredients

½ kilograms Khoya
125 grams White Sugar  
½ kilograms Cane Sugar
2 teaspoon Butter

How to make Bal Mithai

Step 1

Heat a non stick pan and put khoya into the pan. Roast it till the color turns into light brown shade. Now add cane sugar and stir the mixture till it becomes dark brown.

Step 2

Take a tray and brush it with butter and transfer the the dark brown mixture into the tray. Now level the mixture and let it cool down. Once cooled cut it into desired shape and coat the pieces with white sugar and the dish is ready to be served.
