Fannah Recipe





Serves 4, Time Taken 40 minutes

Ingredients

1 ½ cup Gahat (Horse Gram) soaked in Water
8 cloves Garlic (Lahasan)
1 inch Ginger (Adarak)
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Refined Oil
Salt as per Taste
Water

How to make Fannah

Step 1

Keep gahat soaked in water for a night. Drain the water and set aside the gahat.
Heat the oil in the pan and then saute ginger, garlic and red chili powder in it.

Step 2

Add the soaked gahat, salt and water in the pan and cook it properly till the it thickens

Once it is ready garnish the dish with butter and chopped coriander leaves.
