Mandua Ki Roti Recipe





Serves 4, Time Taken 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup Mandua Flour (Finger Millet)
½ Carrot (Gajar)
3 cup Yogurt (Dahi)
1 teaspoon Green Chili Paste
½ cup Spring Onions
Salt as per taste

How to make Mandua Ki Roti

Step 1

Finely chop the spring onions and grate the carrots. In a bowl add the mandua flour, chopped spring onions, grated carrot, chili paste and salt. Mix the ingredients and then add yogurt into the mixture and knead it into soft dough. Set aside the dough for some time.  

Step 2

Heat a non stick pan. Take small portions of the dough and flatten it into a round shape. Place the flattened dough into the pan and cook both sides till it turns into slight brown color. Cook as many portions of dough as required.

Once ready put ghee and serve it with curry.
