chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder (Jeera)

Chicken Masala
Salt as per

How to make
Pork Curry
Step 1
Pressure
cook the chopped pork meat in water for 10 whistles. Set aside the meat and its
soup.
Step 2
Heat the oil
in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger and onions. Saute it till onion turns
golden color.
Step 3
Add the meat
including its soup, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder,
cumin powder, coriander powder, chicken masala and salt into the pan. Mix it
well and cook till it thickens.
Once ready
garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
