Bhutua Recipe




Serves 4, Time Taken 1 hr


Ingredients

1 kg chopped Goat Bhutua (Stomach, Liver and Intestine)
2 chopped Onions (Pyaaz)
2 chopped Tomatoes (Tamatar)
3 chopped Green Chilies
1 inch finely chopped Ginger (Adarak)
4 cloves finely chopped Garlic (Lahasan)
1 bunch chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
2 teaspoon Meat Masala
Salt as per taste
Refined Oil
Water

How to make Bhutua

Step 1

Clean the liver, intestine and stomach thoroughly with water. Pressure cook the bhutua in water for 5 whistles. Drain out the water and then chop the bhutua in chunks and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped ginger, garlic and onions. Add the chopped bhutua chunks, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, meat masala and salt. Mix them well and cook for 25 minutes in medium heat till it gets a dark color.

Once ready garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
