Singori Recipe





Serves 10, Time Taken 45 minutes

Ingredients

½ kg Unsweetened Khoya
½ cup Sugar
100 grams fresh grated Coconut
Pistachios
10 Molu Leaves folded in cones

How to make Singori

Step 1

Heat a non stick pan and add khoya and sugar into the pan. Cook it till the khoya melts.

Step 2

Once khoya melts add grated coconut into it and keep stirring for 10 minutes.   

Step 3

Let the mixture cool down and then fill the mixture into the molu leaf. Garnish it with pistachios and its ready to be served.
